The Lasting Faith Scale is a tool to help students remain faithful in church and religious life after graduating from high school.

This is a simple survey that can be completed in just a few minutes. The results can tell you if you are on track to drop out of church when you graduate, or if you are on the way toward a lasting faith.

To jump in and take the survey, you will need a youth leader from your church or religious organization to register and give you a code. It is free and takes only a few seconds.
